Are you thinking about event safety?
Us too. Learn about the measures we’ve put in place to prevent the spread of illness:
1. Space sanitation:
Venue will be cleaned and disinfected before opening doors to any event and, if applicable, during intermission
2. Vaccination, temperature check, and face masks:
Please bring your vaccination card, or a photo of your vaccination card, to show at the entrance. If you do not have a vaccination card, you may show a negative COVID-19 test taken up to 72 hours prior to the event.
We are still checking guests’ temperatures at the entrance. Individuals with a temperature over 99ºF will not be allowed entrance and their ticket will be fully refunded.
We are still encouraging our guests to wear masks whenever they are in contact with other humans during a high traffic event. This includes when purchasing food and beverages, going to the restroom, and congregating before or after the event. Depending on the event, we may ask you to wear your mask at all times.
3. No-Contact food & drinks systems:
For now, all cups and plasticware provided will be single-use and can be disposed of after using.
Our serving and charging system allows for no-contact delivery and payments.
We ask that you keep your mask on while in line and while ordering at the bar.
4. Performer & Staff requirements:
For the safety of everyone, we ask performers and all staff to provide evidence of complete vaccination at least two weeks before the event. All non-vaccinated staff will need to provide a negative Covid-19 test taken no more than 72 hours prior to the event.
5. Feel like bailing? No problem
We understand that you may have last minute concerns, and that situations change every day. That’s why all tickets are completely refundable until further notice
